Question 1

What is an AI recruitment journey map?

Accepted Answer

It is a map that visualizes how candidates use AI like ChatGPT and Gemini to move through career research, role research, company exploration, comparison, easing concerns, application decisions, and offer acceptance, broken down into the TOFU/MOFU/BOFU macro funnel and the detailed micro layers within it. You then use LLMO tactics to design how your company gets recommended and cited at each layer.

Question 2

Which hiring categories are supported?

Accepted Answer

The tool supports three hiring categories: intern, new graduate, and mid-career hiring. Because candidates' AI search behavior and decision process differ by category, the structure of the generated journey map changes accordingly.

Question 3

What does the tool output?

Accepted Answer

It outputs a summary, candidate personas, an AI search recruitment journey map table, the prompts to target, priority scoring, recommended LLMO tactics, a content roadmap, measurement design, and a strategy summary. Markdown copy, PDF, and Excel export are also supported.
