In addition, when you submit an inquiry form, we send your IP address, browser information (User-Agent), the source page URL, and advertising click identifiers to OpenAI in unhashed form for OpenAI Ads conversion measurement. This information is used solely for conversion measurement and advertising optimization.

In addition, Google Analytics' Google signals feature may use data for cross-device measurement and ad optimization for users who are signed in to a Google account and have ad personalization enabled. These data cannot directly identify an individual.

6. Integration with LLMs and External Services

Our service may integrate with external search services and large language model (LLM) APIs to analyze and improve LLM visibility and AI search mentions for client websites.

• We may retrieve publicly available information (text, metadata, etc.) from target websites and send it to models or external services for analysis.
• Analysis is limited to publicly available information. Personal information you submit through forms is never sent to external LLM APIs.

OpenAI Ads, described in section 5, is a service for ad delivery and performance measurement, and is separate from the large language model (LLM) APIs described in this section. This section governs the use of LLM APIs in our analysis processing.

Data handling by external services is subject to each service provider's terms of use and privacy policies.

7. Third-Party Disclosure

We will not provide personal information to third parties without your consent, except as permitted by law. For advertising performance measurement, we may provide personal data to advertising providers within the scope described in section 5. We may engage cloud service providers or other contractors for data processing as part of our service operations, and we ensure appropriate management and supervision of such contractors.

Transfers to third parties in foreign countries

For the advertising measurement described in section 5, we may provide personal data to third parties located in foreign countries, including Google LLC and OpenAI OpCo, LLC (and their affiliates). The destination country is primarily the United States.
